This HTML form uses PHP to dynamically interact with and merge responses from 2 SQL databases and 2 REST APIs.

The first interaction queries a MySQL CRM database. Select a Customer from the drop-down list to trigger the query.

The second interaction queries a REST API for exchange rates between 2 currencies. Change the target currency to trigger the query.
